The person selling the gun gets a bit more money for it.
Somebody gets a new (to them gun),it sounds like a win/win to me.

The only downside is by selling it to a private citizen you are not taking money away from an anti gun group.

I like this quote ""I believe the majority of people would not show up here today if they did not want their gun removed from circulation."

I doubt the majority of people care. Probably a lot of old ladies who's husbands have died, and they no longer want the gun. If they get some money for groceries that's good.

I always wonder how many people are trading in guns to these just because they are worth more for this trade in that the value of the gun.

I traded in a Broken H&R revolver that probably wasn't worth 50.00, and got 100.00 for it. I used the money towards a glock. The anti's can claim success, I get twice what a gun is worth. Thats a win/win in my book.
