...of getting shot. So the general idea: that for most people, a gun actually makes you less safe rather than more safe, is accurate. Yes, I know that some idiot on a gun blog somewhere has rambled on for pages about how the peer reviewed research is "flawed" and "biased" and blah blah blah, but believing in the scientific publications rather than the gun blogs hardly amounts to "anti-gun bias".
