If Fla. is like most states, any property acquired during the marriage is community property, including the firearms. The fact that you don't want them, don't like them, whatever is immaterial. (If you really feel that strongly about the matter you might consult an attorney regarding a Quit Claim Deed, renouncing any ownership of said firearms. In the event of divorce, however, this may end up biting you in the butt as the firearms would remain out of bounds with regard to the settlement.)
All that being said, I doubt anyone expects you to actively resist a robbery if you don't feel confident doing so. So by all means, you run just as fast as your feet will carry you. When you get tired of running, however, you might consider having a little sit-down and calling the authorities. Failure to report the theft of a firearm my carry its own criminal penalty.
