Wait until the cat is sleeping.

Put butter on pill.

Walk up casually and pry mouth open. This is easier if cat is not fully awake.

With its head tipped back, drop the pill down the throat. Butter will help it slide down. Hold jaws shut until you see the cat lick its nose.

If cat gets it up anyway, repeat. Remember, gravity is your friend.

Good luck! Pill shooters work, too. But still use the butter.

(Pictured below is the "victim" of a total of ten weeks on antibiotics given this way!)
