5. Glad she's feeling better

My MM and Brigid are both strict with themselves about using the yard only, but I've found they have better formed stools if I put about 1/8 tsp of peanut butter in their breakfast only. They eat 3 times a day since they're so small. When they get old, I may have to switch to what I did for the chows in their later years; a few drops of vegetable oil and about 1/4 teaspoon of bran in their breakfast because they stopped up too easily at their advanced age. It helps that I'm retired and can be home almost always to monitor my dogs closely. That's not whining. I worked and traveled like a house afire in my own youth, and now that I'm long retired, I love quieter things because I got the wild mostly out of my system beforehand. Every day is happily busy and wonderfully quiet. Well, the dogs make a certain amount of noise, but that's about it.
