4. I've got leftover seasoned ground beef from the tacos and I'm going to make some *slop*.

I love the occasional slop dinner - big bowl of stuff like macaroni, ground beef, cheese and/or sour cream.

I will balance it with a nice salad using the last of my fresh produce.
