Also made a BADASS fruit salsa.

Peeled apple, ripe mango, peach and Rainier cherries. Used a shallot and cilantro and a Serrano pepper. Some chili sauce mixed with cherry juice to marinate.
Fricken delish!! Got sweet potato tortilla chips. Super good together
