Any ground -beef-over-rice recipes?

11. I invented a recipe ...not particularly inventive...but the kids loved it and it was easy to make.

I used ground beef, I used pretty lean meat. You can add any veg you like or none. Brown the ground meat, add flour, and let it brown lightly ( I have to use gluten-free) and then milk and beef bouillon. I use garlic, thyme, and any other seasoning that I feel like. Sometimes I use onions but not usually as the dogs like this and onions are deadly poison for dogs. Let it simmer for at least 20 minutes...you can basically add anything you like in this recipe. I usually just use meat and seasonings. I serve it over rice with veg and mushrooms on the side. It is also good over mashed potatoes. Very simple, but it has a nice rich taste.
