9. I'm at 11 weeks now (e-cig)

I've had no symptoms I would ascribe to quitting cigs. There have been a few rough patches, for sure...about week 3 I had some soreness in my throat, but I think that was the makeup of some of the juices I was using. And I do have trouble tasting my juices at times, but food and drink taste great! I'm also getting back my singing voice, which is very exciting for me. My sister just visited and we sang some Steely Dan songs in harmony, which was really fun!
Now that I understand that nicotine is the least bad thing about smoking I feel great about having made the switch! Physically, I totally feel as though I quit, and I'm very happy.
