Couldn’t get rebooted after four family deaths in three years.

Then I’ve realized I wasn’t just lazy. I needed this for years. I wasn’t traditionally “sad” and kept beating myself up for being lazy and lethargic since... hell, for 20 years. We planned to leave me on it until a few months after my dad passes - he’s all I have left of the older generation now and he is failing quickly, and the stress of waiting for the other shoe to drop is getting to me - but I think I needed it all along.

I came out here to this forum to ask about a Lexapro side effect. Anyone else get the diarrhea? I’m getting tired of thrice-daily events. All I’ve found to correct it is to eat less grains and vegetables. I’m trying to eat MORE healthy foods like that and I want to reduce dairy and eliminate most meats. 🤨 what do you guys do to help it? Imodium is a “magic bullet” when you are sick, but I can’t imagine it’s healthy to take regularly!
