I just have a problem with consistency.

And yes, the hoe downs work wonders for my glucose readings. I'm only on 500 mg Metformin 2x /day. The largest drop I've seen was my level spiking at 257 am hour after a moderate binge at lunch where I had three tacos at a local Mexican restaurant - probably should have only had one small flour shell and just the insides of the other two.

That number scared me, so I went into the ladies room and did 3 sets of hoe downs, paying strict attention to form, walked the long way back to my desk to cool down, then another 2 sets. I tested 20 min after, and had come down to 190 points. I tested 30 min after that, and was down to 145.

I've proven it with my meter several times, and was asked to share "hoe downs" and info in T-tapp at a Delaware Diabetic Coalition workshop I attended.

It also works wonders for my balance.

Happy Tapping! I'm going to try to be more consistent in 2017.
