I actually sleep OK once I am out, but I cannot just turn off the lights and to sleep, because the moment I flip the switch, my brain starts buzzing. I fall asleep reading or watching something in my iPad. The West Wing and Downton Abbey are my go to series.

Not a healthy habit, I know, but nothing else works.
