3. I've long advocated for teaching kids about homosexuality.

But the harassment culture in school is so ingrained that kids ( victims AND perpetrators) need to gain insight into their own thought processes and motivations.

Teach about homosexuality, yes. In History and Science. ( Note: except for California, lgbts are still nonpersons as far as school curricula is concerned. And will CONTINUE to be with the adoption of the truly moronic "Common Core" standards that Obama is foisting on the states. We're not in there, either, needless to say. HEY, ED-REFORM DEMOCRATS: YOU'RE GOING THE WRONG WAY.)

But kids need to be taught *Psychology* at a much earlier age. It's gotta be in the curriculum... latest by 9th grade and preferably in junior high. People need to develop insight into their own motivations: they need to figure out why kids who are exceptional pose such a threat to them.
