1. Man, the patent agency sucks these days.

It may, at one point in time have 'encouraged innovation', but now it's simply another tool used by giant corporations to stifle innovation, and by patent trolls to strangle it.

They need to drop the patent limits to be based on profit as well as time. So any new patent you get to keep for something like 20 years max or $5 million profits, whichever comes first.
