alongside my driveway a couple of years ago.

I followed a very large male along the Bridgeville/Kneeland road a few years back. He just casually lopped along in front of my pickup for over a half mile.

I see prints from time to time but it's rare to spot one of the big cats. Bobcats show themselves much more frequently.

I had a friend who died a few years back at the age of 96. He had been the 'county hunter' when he was younger, would be sent out to take care of a big cat that had been killing livestock. He had a skin on his family room wall, its nose touched the 8' ceiling and it's hind paws were on the floor. Its tail stretched out along the floor.
