9. I'm all for a one year lag too -- besides for the reasons you say, that would help Obama's record

too. His first year -- February 2009 through January 2010 -- was a loss of 4,267,000 jobs (an average of 356,000 lost per month), a carryover of the Bush housing crash, and significantly hurting Obama's 8 year total .
