After paying for goods, employees, electricity, building maintenance costs, marketing, licenses and permits, cleaning supplies and labor, taxes, accounting, HR, stock handlers, transportation expenses and everything else necessary to keep the doors open?

Or are they trying to completely put the whole country out of business by saying product markups are limited to 30% over the cost of goods?
