15. As late as possible, but keeping the major wannabee names from running

Probably spring 2015 with very strong hints before the 2014 general election, and hopefully
both Bill and Hillary will campaign heavily for candidates in hard to win places

If the nation knows she will be the one in 2016, then it will help swing the house in 2014.

Officially, no need to officially announce too early.

I predict 450 or more electoral votes including Texas.

And I hope Joe Biden also runs to flank out the others. Him in the race means 85% of the votes between them and ensures Hillary has no competition.

I would heavily advise very few democratic debates, and that the party runs in unity.

Remember that putting together the core President Obama voters, with the Hillary voters
insures more than enough voters to win the general election in 2016.

After the midterms. Most likely January or Febuary 2015. hrmjustin Apr 2013 #1
That is my guess too! stevenleser Apr 2013 #3
I tend to agree. The Gop cast of characters for 2016 do not impress me. hrmjustin Apr 2013 #4
