and can't look it up. Things load so slow on this supposed "smartphone". But I think the Constitution just requires Congress to establish a postal service. I don't think there is anything in it that would prevent privitizing services. The privitizers could force the USPS to use contractors to provide some of its services, up to and even including the regular mail delivery. Even including operating the post offices and hiring the employees. I wish the Constitution did provide more protection for the post office.
