Spokane and the Tri-Cities in Eastern Washington. They usually had black players on their teams, and you never heard crap like that. Not out loud anyway. Of course, it's Idaho, so you didn't have to try too hard to hear racial slurs generally, but during an athletic event, not a chance. Our athletic director would have had their ass if it did happen!
