12. It's when someone files on both sides of a ticket, usually an R, and it is not

noted on the ballot. Low info voters see D and vote for them, not realizing it is an R they are voting for mistakenly. I believe they can do this if there is no opponent. Could be wrong, but can't find much info on it online.
