Our upcoming meeting is a re-organization meeting. Your dues must be paid prior to the meeting in order to vote on the by-laws and new executive officers.
While opportunity to pay your annual dues of $20.00 will be available prior to the meeting at 7:30 AM and Friday evening, in order to expedite an orderly and timely meeting, if you can do so please pay your annual dues ahead of time by sending a check to our treasurer, Checks should be mailed by January 28, and made out to:

Waiver of the annual dues is available by request, should you be strapped for cash. Membership form is on the website: www.waprogressives.org on the drop down, "join us."
Please know that nominations are open for all positions. At this writing our Chair, Judith Shattuck; Western Washington Vice Chair, Martin Chaney; Eastern Washington Vice Chair Coralee Brewer; Secretary, Martha Koester; Treasuer, Carrie Potts are seeking re-election. Four At large Executive positions are open. These positions each hold duties in one of the following areas: Membership Development, Fund Raising, Events, and
IT Administration.
In addition we will have reports from each of our Congressional District Leaders and a report from Walt Kloefkorn on the Progressive Democrats of America conference he attended this past weekend. If time permits we'll set issue priorities for the coming year, and set place and date for our next meeting.
Saturday evening we'll have time to get together informally over a bite to eat and drink somewhere in Olympia.
