I also don't know that such a feature is available. To be honest, I think where things need to be "blind" are the submissions. I doubt much that people care if they know which photo they voted for, many people actually say it in there posts. Have there been significant changes in the numbers of votes cast? Given that we have almost a year of contests, we should be able (depending if search is working or not) to compare and contrast.
