9. Have had a lot of good servers/meals. Interesting however that you mention Pizzeria Uno.

One opened in the Mall in Northridge California in the early 90s. During one of our visits there a young gentleman came to our table and inquired about our meal and service which had been excellent. He introduced himself as the new Manager and told us he had just moved from Chicago. Two days later the Northridge earthquake struck. He was the only fatality. Very sad.
