I get plenty of exercise from my job now and I've lost some weight. I had blood work done recently and I'm still okay as far as my blood sugar goes.

I've heard that one reason a lot of people get type 2 diabetes is from leading a sedentary lifestyle. So if your diet consists to a great degree of the foods from those restaurants, you have a job where you have to sit all day, and you aren't very active outside of work, you're probably going to have a problem at some point.
