where I have paid over $14.50 for a pack (midtown)
No idea on internet buys - never looked into it. I bounce back and forth between the stinky fuckers and an e-cig.

I think about $5. When I quit, anything over $1 was expensive (and only machines cost that).

I roll my own, it comes to about $2.35 a pack...if I buy a brand it's $6.37 a pack eom
