It was an accelerated course for beginners, although.............

While I was in school in Spain, we took an informal elective non-credit course in Catalan, which
I still speak today. VERY cool when you meet up with people from northeastern Spain or the
Balearic Islands, and they hear you can speak their language--talk about instant connections!
