12. Price and for a whole bunch of nothing.

I'm paying for channels that I'll never watch, it seems TV is nothing more than reality shows. I have maybe 5 channels I watch on a regular basis. That's it. I was with Time Warner for years, switched to ATT because I thought it would save me $$. No different really.

Until these services offer channels separately instead of bundles, I'm done.

For you though, with an employee discount, might be ok.
