But we had a really mild winter last year. Only one storm and only a few days below 20 degrees. Global warming might be turning us into the next Tucson. My apartment will probably still be available when that happens. 
That place was the perfect bachelor's pad except for the fact that I couldn't turn up my guitar amp to ten and I had to keep the heavy metal records turned down to a reasonable level. I could crank the John Denver to any level, though. Three women in their 50s occupied the rest of the apartments in the building. Many a beer was drank in that place.
I wish I could afford to keep it as a second residence, but I have to either rent it or sell it. I've tried to sell it and I'm going to again. My tenant's lease is up. But it will probably be leased long before I can find a buyer, and even at that I'd probably have to take a loss on it. Can't afford that right now.
