Here's the catch - you can't purchase them unless you have an out of state license AND sign a statement that says you won't take them into a state where they are illegal. Small problem. They're illegal in all of the border states too. They'll still sell them.

It reminds me of the late 70's when I bought some bong screens at a head shop in Georgetown. I had to sign a statement saying I wouldn't use them for anything illegal. What the fuck else are you going to use them for, wet fart protection????
