Axis makes good stuff. The big thing is compatibility. Axis cams can be streamed in a variety of formats- even motion jpeg so if a customer's phone can't play flash videos or cant play those stupid java applets or other proprietary formats, they can still view this. You won't need to keep it connected to skype or anything like that. It's an IP camera so it connects to your router and you configure port 80 so people can view the camera online. Worse case scenario, they can view still shots.

If you haven't done it before, it'll take some reading up on how to do it but it's not terribly difficult.
