The old man said, "Mary, I want you to have the condos in the neighborhood by the shore.
"Michael, I want you to have the apartments near the shopping district."
"And Jake, I want you to have the offices in the business complex."

The old man's wife was standing with her sister, and the sister says, "Wow, Rose, I didn't know Sam did so well for himself! All those properties!"
And Rose says, "Those aren't properties. Those are his darned papers routes!"
