Many years ago I was fortunate enough to visit the main museum in Cairo Egypt

I thought it darkly lit, small, cramped with way too many incredible historical artifacts, jumbled haphazardly here and there

Looks like they are finally going to do it right...
Entering the cavernous structure and seeing the towering 82 ton statue of Ramsey II will surely take one's breath away !
