In reply to the discussion: My baby sister suffered a brain aneurysm and passed last Tuesday. [View all]rurallib

Mrs. Lib actually survived an aneurysm break after child #2 was born.
but her luck was incredible in that she was in a hospital, her gynecologist had just entered her room and they had a cart right next to her room that whisked her to the ICU. Even with all that she came within seconds of dying.
The attending neurologist had never had a patient survive an aneurysm, so he had no idea what would happen. He told me to be prepared for her potentially being totally paralyzed for life.
While no one can understand what you are going through, we had to deal with the suddenness and devastation of an aneurysm. My heart really goes out to you.
