Foster parents are the BEST!
We've fostered 2 beagles and adopted another (an Envigo Labs little girl). But we've had the opposite challenge of getting them bulked up from their too-skinny conditions. 
We love our foster dogs, and alway cry (with both joy and sadness) when they find their forever homes.
