Long time poster Hissyspit, member here since 2004, has had a series of unfortunate events beyond her control that have left her without a set of wheels and in dire financial straits.

I know many folks are in a rough spot, but if you have the ability to assist a DU'er that really could use a bit of help, your karma will be advanced!
