I'm actually a little dubious about the 8.6. I bought this New Balance "Viva" meter yesterday to measure distance, heart rate, calories, etc. And I think its full of crap. I am going to sit down and mapquest my route and check it. I'm thinking more like maybe 6 1/2 miles. But whatever the distance, it was still pretty epic.

And things are actually REALLY peaceful and nice at 4:30 in the morning in Suburbia. I don't think I saw even a car on the road for the first hour I was out there.
