(13,557 posts)5. Thermal socks all through the cold months. One of those oil filled radiator style space heaters
is about three inches from my feet when in the sweet spot on my recliner couch.
I also wear these really light comfortable thermal undies all winter.

I have battery operated socks, but I meant to use those for outdoor winter sports

well, i need socks after dark, but about 1990 i started major barefooting in warmer weather to 32f.

I don't understand. Are you saying you go barefoot outside in 10 degrees Farenheit and in snow?

if its dry, i will be barefoot to 15f. i can do snow, fluffy better. but i am looking forward to feb
