Was fine on Friday, but woke up on Saturday and could barely move. I could not even get comfortable in bed because every inch of my body hurt and was sensitive wherever it came into contact with the mattress. It was a chore to make it to the kitchen or the BR. Just took some ibuprofen, had my green juice and other liquids (lemon mint water, ginger ale, vitamin water, tea, etc), a few little things to eat here and there, but slept almost all day yesterday and today.

Still not feeling well, but a bit better than yesterday. Will WFH tomorrow, but may need to break for a mid-day nap. I probably should mention that I also got my flu shot at the same time, but hopefully this will be gone by tomorrow.
