4. Tried hiring professionals.

They never showed up to do the estimate. Trying to get an estimate for something else now, for insurance. No one shows up... repeatedly. We don’t know any kids.

Anyway, windows don’t stay clean for long, so I can pretend they were cleaned last month. They’d look the same by now in any case. I know this because some are too high to have ever been cleaned and they aren’t any worse than the rest. I can live with it until we find a solution.
