Also, there's the "lower the interest rate on your credit cards" calls (I pay mine off in full each month, so the interest rate is a moot point).

then there's the autism foundation, the breast cancer foundation, the places allegedly calling for veterans and police associations, and the occasional "we're doing a survey" shit.

Anyway, I have to laugh at the home protection one. They could come here and get an education in home protection. Two German Shepherds. A hubby who is retired cop with firearms stashed around the house. Eight cameras around the house and yard (that we can access from our cell phones). And a motion-activated "dinger" system that goes off in at least five areas around the house.

Oh, and piranha in the pond.
