6 months of giving up soda resulted in 25 lbs of weight loss.
1 year, 6 months of relatively strict low carb eating(meat and plenty of vegitables) resulted in another 65 lbs of weight loss.
3 months of less strict low carb eating with cheating when outside of the house, combined with about 50 miles a week of bike riding resulted in no net weight change(more muscle, less fat, but same weight).
4 months of eating kinda low carb at home, but running wild with eating out multiple times a week, and not biking much because it was raining resulted in 20 lbs of weight gain.
