Same as the other 2 threads. I'll post a few movies and guess what they are from the plot description. Try to do it without using Google or IMDB.
1. After New York City's two most celebrated police officers die in an unfortunate accident, a comptroller and his partner investigating lottery corruption vow to become their replacements.
