Oddest thing your dog ever ate

28. Two and 1/2 loaves of sweet bread that my Mom had sitting on the radiators to rise before baking....

my dog was only about 8 lbs. I called the vet and was told I'd have to get her to throw up. I used a couple tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide to aid that task. What I saw when she threw up, was about twice the size of the original loaves. The warmth of her insides helped it to rise.

My Dad wasn't very happy with the dog, as Mom made sweet bread once a year for Christmas. There was only store bought sweet bread that year.
