foie is my answer, too. it was of the appetizer choices on a flight i took from london to denver about 10 years ago, with the other being caprese salad. i was initially going to go for the salad until it kicked in that i could get that anywhere and i may never again have the chance to eat foie.

i'm glad i made the choice i did
