would be no problem. The American People will put the blame where it belongs, on the Obstructionist. To bad that the workers could not move to a Green Economy and infrastructure job market. It will be a 2014 Campaign issue, big time. GOP obstruction will cause workers to move to government unemployment benefits which the GOP will have to vote on. The GOP will lose either way, in my way of thinking.

They have now obstructed themselves.
