it was all about his governing policies and the often embarrassing behavior with other world leaders. It didn't spill over to his family and to WHATEVER he did privately. Yeah, there was the pretzel, but no making fun of the average, non-spill bike ride or whatever. The overwrought lack of respect from Coulter, Hannity, Limbaugh and their ilk was bad enough with Clinton, but way over the top with President Obama. Had they been around during FDR's time, they would probably have been making a lot of cripple jokes.
