3. all bad cops should be removed, training and no racism and steroids can go far

that is something that can be attained

random mass murders are a different story

and those bad cops should never have a gun again
nor should any law enforcement bring the gun home, they should leave it at the office at the end

Why good cops don't always want to rid the workplace of bad cops is beyond me
same with gun owners, why keeping them in the home and not out on the street isn't what everyone should want is beyond me.

the vast majority of cop abuse is towards minorities.
Obviously, better hiring to ensure cops are not racists, goes far,
as does getting rid of the bosses and finding new ones to train better

you almost never see cops abusing white people or shooting them multiple times without provocation

as mass shootings are never done by minorites, rethinking of everything needs to be done.
Far worse crime is done in mass shootings, than in common street crime, where $$$ and jobs
can remove the street crime.
