Mobile County Emergency Management Agency Director Ronnie Adair, who toured the area Wednesday morning with state EMA Director Art Faulkner, said “It’s a miracle that we’ve gotten hit 2 times within 5 days, in a highly populated area, and didn’t sustain any fatality or major injury.”
