(Other than being from the same state of course).

SCOTUS is considering the 9th circuit's ruling that elections laws that have a disparate impact (but not necessarily intent) based on race can be overturned.

The ruling has the potential to kneecap many (if not all) of the lawsuits against new elections laws (as in GA).
